Okay. Thanks to someone in the comments section under my last post (thank you for that btw), I have finally found the hidden page on the website. So:

-ACE stands for "A Cool Electric Friend."

-Someone wrote this in the style of an almost instruction/tutorial-like style to another person or maybe themself. Who is this mysterious person who created ACE?

-It claims that ACE should not have one sliver of anger in him. Which he doesn't. But what if he gets the ability to show new emotions based on what he has watched and seen on his own screen?

-ACE seems to have been created to be almost like a therapeutic TV.

-This is not really tied to the website, but I have just realized that he really likes movies with puppet motifs and other things like Babes in Toyland and Pinnochio and really dislikes Bambi for some reason.

-He may like these two movies specifically because he may want to become "a real boy." He may want to become human or something close to one.

-He may dislike Bambi because it is either too sad, or he has had some experiences like that.

-Who knows?
